Isac Pihlgren started the match with the kick off. Vilhelm Ståhlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. When Jörn Billvall fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Äng's protests and gave Jörn Billvall a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Jörn Billvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Lineol Boys getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jerry Andberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Lineol Boys booed when Äng was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Snorre Hård kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victor Bredberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Casper Ruud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Victor Bredberg made a huge save. When Frank Zachrisson fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Äng's protests and gave Frank Zachrisson a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice moves Casper Ruud could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Victor Bredberg however easily saved by the left post. If Casper Ruud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tytus Dynda came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Lineol Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Dynda couldn't finish the play. Lineol Boys's Jan-Åke Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Ferm in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casper Ruud stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Lineol Boys fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Lineol Boys's Nils Arhenius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Äng's Isac Pihlgren got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Nils Arhenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lineol Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Arhenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Äng's Frank Zachrisson got a free kick in the 61st minute. Victor Bredberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Arhenius in the 64th minute of the match. If Snorre Hård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Snorre Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Victor Bredberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Snorre Hård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Ruud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Victor Bredberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Frank Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard and well directed shot from Rafal Purzycki led 81 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Äng's Victor Bredberg became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 4-0. Jens-Ove Ferm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jan-Åke Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Snorre Hård managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lineol Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Snorre Hård was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Casper Ruud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lineol Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Äng the free kick. Casper Ruud hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, Lineol Boys's Nils Arhenius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Bredberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Lineol Boys's Jan-Åke Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Pihlgren in the 94th minute of play. Lineol Boys walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
