Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nils Fredriksson made the kick off which started today's match. Georg Holmstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Söderqwist in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Nils Fredriksson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bullaren's Georg Holmstedt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nils Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dick Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Stenqvist in the 26th minute of play. Andreas Lundblad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Dick Askelöf skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 32 minutes into the game, Erling Stenqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bullaren's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HAMMARBY the free kick. After 32 played minutes Bullaren got a freekick which was hit by Erling Stenqvist. In the 34th minute, Ingvar Stenqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dick Askelöf. The goal made the score 1-1. Karl-Michael Olsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When HAMMARBY's Nils Fredriksson in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bullaren's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, HAMMARBY's Casper Martinsson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Bullaren's Ingvar Stenqvist got a free kick in the 50th minute. A hard shot 51 in the game by Nils Fredriksson from a close distance when the talented Georg Holmstedt managed to make a qualified save. Bullaren's players were relieved. After having played for 60 minutes, Andreas Lundblad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bullaren's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Lundblad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Holmstedt having to interfere. Nils Fredriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Holmstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils Fredriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute Andreas Lundblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bullaren's Georg Holmstedt got control of the ball when Fritz Fristedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Okey Elin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Georg Holmstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. HAMMARBY's Dick Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Lundblad in the 80th minute of play. Many of HAMMARBY's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. HAMMARBY may have spent more time on the ball, but Bullaren were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
