The supporters of Alekärr IF booed when Jukkasjärvi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Jaks hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The Alekärr IF fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Alekärr IF's Ståle Stolpe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ståle Stolpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samir Spirollari kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Alekärr IF booed when Jukkasjärvi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Alfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ståle Stolpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, Jan-Erik Skoog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jack Rudkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Jack Rudkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ståle Stolpe's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Jerry Fristedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jack Rudkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 40 minutes, Ture Brander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alekärr IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ture Brander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Fristedt in the 41st minute of play forced Jukkasjärvi's goalkeeper Jack Rudkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ståle Stolpe in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jack Rudkvist saved Jukkasjärvi from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torsten Haeger to make the kick off. If Ståle Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Jukkasjärvi's goalkeeper Jack Rudkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Erik Skoog. Jukkasjärvi's Jack Rudkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Fristedt in the 57th minute of play. Jack Rudkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerry Fristedt went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. When Ståle Stolpe came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Alekärr IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ståle Stolpe couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Jukkasjärvi's zone, Jan-Erik Skoog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jack Rudkvist came out of the goal and Jan-Erik Skoog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gert Kilstedt's late challenge caught a Alekärr IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gert Kilstedt helped the player get up and apologised. Ståle Stolpe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 67th playminute. 73 minutes into the match, Jukkasjärvi's goalkeeper Jack Rudkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ståle Stolpe. If Ståle Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes of play, Alekärr IF's Ståle Stolpe made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jack Rudkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Alekärr IF's Tom Duset got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Alekärr IF defense, Jonathan Billström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roy Mårtensson. The Alekärr IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roy Mårtensson should have stopped the shot. When Ture Brander came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Alekärr IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ture Brander couldn't finish the play. Ståle Stolpe struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jack Rudkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alekärr IF. Jerry Fristedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
