Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edwin Tingelholm kicked off to start the match. Håkan Pilberg charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Håkan Pilberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Håkan Pilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Ahlström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Sjöberg during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Dan Sjöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Stjärtpillarnas IK's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Tingelholm came free, but Jan Pliszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Stjärtpillarnas IK's Leif Abrahamsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joacim Nordgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Håkan Pilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jan Pliszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stjärtpillarnas IK's Arman Ivarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute of the game, Pajala BK got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. When Stjärtpillarnas IK's Leif Abrahamsson in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pajala BK's goalie prevented a goal. Edwin Tingelholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jan Pliszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leif Abrahamsson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Pajala BK got a freekick which was hit by Martin Åkerberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Ahlström in the 55th minute of play forced Stjärtpillarnas IK's goalkeeper Jan Pliszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Joacim Nordgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leif Abrahamsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Joacim Nordgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Håkan Pilberg got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Pajala BK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Håkan Pilberg hit a great ball. Per-Oskar Ahlström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Petersson's late challenge caught a Stjärtpillarnas IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Erik Petersson helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Leif Abrahamsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stjärtpillarnas IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Abrahamsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joacim Nordgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per-Oskar Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Pliszka having to interfere. Jan Pliszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joacim Pilberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Oskar Ahlström took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Pliszka. Jan Pliszka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Stjärtpillarnas IK's zone, Per-Oskar Ahlström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Pliszka came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Ahlström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Stjärtpillarnas IK's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Pilberg came free, but Jan Pliszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Erik Petersson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan Pliszka. Stjärtpillarnas IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 87th minute, Malcolm Kruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Ahlström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leif Abrahamsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Joacim Nordgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 98 minutes into the match, Leif Abrahamsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joacim Nordgren. Pajala BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leif Abrahamsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Stjärtpillarnas IK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
