Spectators: 7449 (Terracing: 5588, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gösta Hökkvist started the match with the kick off. Leonard Engström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympique Lund's goalkeeper Manfred Skoog, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonard Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Norberg having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Olympique Lund got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Botvidsson. Lars Täman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Gösta Hökkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dirty G FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gösta Hökkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manfred Skoog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calle Högström struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Manfred Skoog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dirty G FC. Calle Högström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Olympique Lund's Wictor Botvidsson got a free kick in the 34th minute. Manfred Skoog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calle Högström in the 35th minute of the match. Manfred Skoog didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gösta Hökkvist went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Leonard Engström might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Axel Norberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Engström ran back to his position shaking his head. Lars Täman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half Dirty G FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lars Täman made the kick off in the second half. Axel Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Täman, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gösta Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Skoog having to interfere. Calle Högström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dirty G FC's Axel Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Täman in the 65th minute of play. Lars Täman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Lars Täman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique Lund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Täman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gösta Hökkvist struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Manfred Skoog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dirty G FC. In the 87th minute, Leonard Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calle Högström got free with Manfred Skoog in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Olympique Lund supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dirty G FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Dirty G FC.
