Lennart Fernström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sverker Juhlin hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute of the match Frans Dalman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egil Andreasson skillfully saved the ball. In the 15th minute, Alfred Bjurström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skogstorp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jack Alstedt scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lennart Fernström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Alströmmer charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tommy Alströmmer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grabbens Grabbar FC's Tommy Alströmmer got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Grabbens Grabbar FC's Elliot Björk suffered a concussion after 30 minutes and had to leave the field. Alfred Bjurström's late challenge caught a Grabbens Grabbar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Bjurström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Alfred Bjurström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grabbens Grabbar FC's Lennart Fernström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Alstedt in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Jack Alstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Fernström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 40 minutes of play, Skogstorp's Jack Alstedt made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lennart Fernström was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Jack Alstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Fernström. Grabbens Grabbar FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Alstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

If Jack Alstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Bjurström came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lennart Fernström could save by the left post. Sune Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egil Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Pettersson in the 59th minute of the match. Jack Alstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lennart Fernström having to make a save. In the 65th minute, Grabbens Grabbar FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfred Bjurström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grabbens Grabbar FC's Tommy Alströmmer got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Tommy Alströmmer off the ground. The supporters of Skogstorp booed when Grabbens Grabbar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Alströmmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jack Alstedt might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lennart Fernström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jack Alstedt ran back to his position shaking his head. Skogstorp's Jack Alstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 74 minutes, Sven Mellbad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grabbens Grabbar FC and the Skogstorp players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Grabbens Grabbar FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Sven Mellbad hit a great ball. Lennart Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Alstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Jack Alstedt came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Skogstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Alstedt couldn't finish the play. Lennart Fernström came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Skogstorp's Alfred Bjurström. But to his dismay, Alfred Bjurström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, Grabbens Grabbar FC's Sven Mellbad got a free kick in the 88th minute. Jack Alstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Fernström came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Skogstorp's Alfred Bjurström. But to his dismay, Alfred Bjurström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9.
