With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Lingren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Näsviken's goalkeeper Magnus Alrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Axel Bern. Jonatan Beneth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Lingren having to interfere. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Samuel Lingren as he didn't even see the shot coming. Magnus Alrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Hellbom in the 75th minute of play. Karl-Axel Bern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Näsviken's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
