Bo-Erik Lindström ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Andy Göransson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Niklas Bergvall came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Krylbo BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Bergvall couldn't finish the play. In the 49th minute Bo-Erik Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Kleen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Krylbo BF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Lindman to strike the kick off in the second half. Bo-Erik Lindström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christer Kleen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Ture Hellsing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes in the game, Andy Göransson dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Krylbo BF's Christer Kleen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Göransson in the 62nd minute of play. Krylbo BF's Isaac Bergström got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Isaac Bergström off the ground. Andy Göransson might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christer Kleen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andy Göransson ran back to his position shaking his head. Bo-Erik Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Kleen having to interfere. A collision led to Norrahammar IFK getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Peder Rudkvist hit a great ball. Christer Kleen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Bo-Erik Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Krylbo BF booed when Norrahammar IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niklas Bergvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Henry Blomberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo-Erik Lindström in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christer Kleen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute of the match Vilhelm Lidberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christer Kleen skillfully saved the ball. Norrahammar IFK's Andy Göransson got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Norrahammar IFK's Holger Fernkvist got a free kick in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Krylbo BF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
