Andy Göransson took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredrik Olsmann. Fredrik Olsmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Norrahammar IFK. Vilhelm Lidberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fredrik Olsmann. 2-0. Eric Galle hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Bo-Erik Lindström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fredrik Olsmann. Bo-Erik Lindström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 31st minute, Verner Bennet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henry Blomberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience was convinced that Bo-Erik Lindström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredrik Olsmann was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. If Arvid Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andy Göransson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fredrik Olsmann firmly grabbed it by the left post. Norrahammar IFK's Henry Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Valrot in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arvid Petersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Benjamin Hallgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo-Erik Lindström in the 60th minute of play forced Virsbo IF's goalkeeper Fredrik Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Verner Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Eric Galle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronny Valrot got free with Henry Blomberg in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute, Bo-Erik Lindström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norrahammar IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Fredrik Olsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Göransson in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Virsbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Göransson came free, but Fredrik Olsmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Virsbo IF's Benjamin Hallgren got a free kick in the 76th minute. Fredrik Olsmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo-Erik Lindström in the 79th minute of play. Verner Bennet hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Virsbo IF's Fredrik Olsmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo-Erik Lindström in the 83rd minute of play. Fredrik Olsmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Fredrik Olsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Galle in the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Virsbo IF defense, Bo-Erik Lindström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredrik Olsmann. The Virsbo IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredrik Olsmann should have stopped the shot. Virsbo IF's Verner Bennet got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Verner Bennet off the ground. In the 92nd minute, Verner Bennet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96thth minute of the game Arvid Petersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norrahammar IFK's Henry Blomberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norrahammar IFK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
