Virsbo IF's Fredrik Olsmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesper Tinglöv in the 5th minute of play. Fredrik Olsmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Ahlstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Ronny Valrot took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Robin Engström to make any attempt to save it. In the 13th match minute, Virsbo IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Hallgren to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in stenkullen goik's zone, Ludwig Ahlén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Engström came out of the goal and Ludwig Ahlén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18th play minutes Arvid Petersson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Robin Engström and just under the crossbar into goal. stenkullen goik's Robin Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Valrot in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Mikael Ahlstedt made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Olsmann. Virsbo IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 37th minute, Ronny Valrot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Virsbo IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 43 minutes, Verner Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Virsbo IF and the stenkullen goik players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Verner Bennet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arvid Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as stenkullen goik's Mikael Ahlstedt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fredrik Olsmann. That made the score 3-2 after 55 minutes of play. Verner Bennet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Engström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Fredrik Olsmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikael Ahlstedt in the 71st minute. Ronny Valrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Engström having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, stenkullen goik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Petersson to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Virsbo IF got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Hallgren. Benjamin Hallgren hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ronny Valrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Robin Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Petersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robin Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Valrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tobias Tham charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Tham the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tobias Tham hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The supporters of stenkullen goik booed when Virsbo IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Valrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Virsbo IF's Fredrik Olsmann got control of the ball when Mikael Ahlstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the stenkullen goik players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Virsbo IF.
