Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wictor Wennerberg got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Täfteå BF's zone, Göran Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt came out of the goal and Göran Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Göran Holmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Täfteå BF's Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Täfteå BF's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 9 minutes, Rasmus Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skillingaryd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rasmus Söderberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Göran Holmgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Holmgren ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the game, Joachim Vik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Täfteå BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skillingaryd the free kick. Joachim Vik hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Täfteå BF's zone, Göran Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt came out of the goal and Göran Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Skillingaryd's Rasmus Söderberg in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Täfteå BF's goalie prevented a goal. Göran Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Söderberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Rasmus Söderberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Täfteå BF's Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 43 minutes Täfteå BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jakob Vidman who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Skillingaryd's corner Jakob Vidman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt quite easily take care of the ball. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match, Göran Holmgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elof Torstensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arman Alebäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elof Torstensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Arman Alebäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elof Torstensson in the 67th minute of the match. Göran Holmgrens short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rasmus Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elof Torstensson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Arman Alebäck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Täfteå BF. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Elof Torstensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Täfteå BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Elof Torstensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arman Alebäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joachim Vik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Alebäck having to interfere. When Boris Vik fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Täfteå BF's protests and gave Boris Vik a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Boris Vik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Täfteå BF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jakob Vidman was slow to take the kick. During this time Skillingaryd's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jakob Vidman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Täfteå BF's Jens-Ola Qvalfeldt did a great save. Arman Alebäck came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Täfteå BF's Wictor Wennerberg. But to his dismay, Wictor Wennerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
