An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvin Åberg in the 4th minute of play forced Virsbo IF's goalkeeper Fredrik Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Virsbo IF's Arvid Petersson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elliott Hjortberg. Elliott Hjortberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Fredrik Olsmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Åberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Edvin Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Olsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Olsmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Åberg in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Holmgren in the 21st minute of play forced Virsbo IF's goalkeeper Fredrik Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenny Wallin during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, one of Vendelsömalms FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vendelsömalms FC. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Virsbo IF. Ronny Valrot stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Elliott Hjortberg. 2-0. Edvin Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Fredrik Olsmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Elliott Hjortberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kenny Nordgren got in the 41st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Fredrik Olsmann handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Ludwig Ahlén kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Vendelsömalms FC's Harry Uter couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Virsbo IF. Verner Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Fredrik Olsmann made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Kenny Nordgren sent off a good shot on target. After 53 minutes of play, Vendelsömalms FC's Edvin Åberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Olsmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronny Valrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Elliott Hjortberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vendelsömalms FC's Ronny Örnberg got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Ronny Valrot came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Virsbo IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Valrot couldn't finish the play. Virsbo IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Edvin Åberg scored to the left of an out of position Fredrik Olsmann, making the score, 2-2. Fredrik Olsmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenny Nordgren in the 74th minute. In the 80th minute, Kenny Nordgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredrik Olsmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 83 minutes into the game, Arvid Petersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Virsbo IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vendelsömalms FC the free kick. Arvid Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Arvid Petersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute Ronny Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Vendelsömalms FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Virsbo IF throughout the match.
