Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Walter Vesterberg started the match with the kick off. Rudolf Benett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Alén in the 5th minute of play. Sunnansjö's Rudolf Benett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Sunnansjö from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute, Andréas Alén reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rudolf Benett. The goal made the score 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Andréas Alén dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rudolf Benett, 2-0. 19 minutes into the game, Andréas Alén recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rudolf Benett. Andréas Alén showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. If Kim Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Benett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Linberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mats Wester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Benett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Alén in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Sunnansjö's Walter Vesterberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Bergfelt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rudolf Benett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andréas Alén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Per-Olof Sander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Benett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andréas Alén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Andréas Alén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Benett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Kim Linberg had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Henning Ekgren fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunnansjö's protests and gave Henning Ekgren a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Sunnansjö got a freekick which was hit by Henning Ekgren. After a rather tough play, Färila's Per-Olof Sander got a free kick in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Färila's goalkeeper Allan Bergfelt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henning Ekgren. The supporters of Färila booed when Sunnansjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Alebom didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Allan Bergfelt managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Sunnansjö's Walter Vesterberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
