After 10 played minutes Winterfell FC got a freekick which was hit by Charles Almstedt. Winterfell FC's Patrik Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Moberg in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Ahlerot in the 22nd minute of play forced Winterfell FC's goalkeeper Patrik Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Winterfell FC booed when Grottan Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicklas Engman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grottan Boys's Isac Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Mattsson in the 29th minute of play. Winterfell FC's Erik Hök managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Allan Heggert in the 30 minute of the game. Patrik Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Jakobsson in the 34th minute of the match. Winterfell FC's Patrik Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonny Törnblom in the 35th minute of play. Anders Vase could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Isac Soned made a huge save. Anders Vase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Soned having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaj Ahlerot made a kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Richard Haeger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grottan Boys's Isac Soned was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Grottan Boys's Jonny Törnblom got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 58th minute Kaj Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Haeger in the 63rd minute of play forced Grottan Boys's goalkeeper Isac Soned to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Winterfell FC's Anders Vase got a free kick in the 66th minute. Aron Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aron Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Isac Soned took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Grottan Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Haeger came free, but Isac Soned reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Moberg kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match.
