But to his dismay, Andreas Spets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Isac Soned made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Tolsson in the 43rd minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Norrbo IF's Stefan Tolsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isac Soned made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Kaj Ahlerot made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Stefan Tolsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isac Soned was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 58th minute Stefan Tolsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Soned saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match, Andreas Spets got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isac Soned was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Norrbo IF booed when Grottan Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grottan Boys's zone, Andreas Spets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Soned came out of the goal and Andreas Spets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stefan Tolsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Isac Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Kaj Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Spets struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Isac Soned didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrbo IF. Kent Jönsson kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Isac Soned showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the final whistle sounded Norrbo IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grottan Boys.
