Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Magnus Ahlbom started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Magnus Ahlbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grundsund RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Sparta Maximus's zone, Magnus Ahlbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Hellqvist came out of the goal and Magnus Ahlbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the game, Anders Alin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nils Vennerlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Grundsund RK's Ernst Kruuse got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Timmy Damm notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Grundsund RK's Nils Vennerlund. Nils Vennerlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Sparta Maximus defense, Börje Engström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jim Hellqvist. The Sparta Maximus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jim Hellqvist should have stopped the shot. Nils Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Alin in the 24th minute of play. Nils Vennerlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timmy Damm went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Jim Hellqvist made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Magnus Ahlbom sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Engström got free with Jim Hellqvist in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Magnus Ahlbom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jim Hellqvist, 6-3. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-3. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timmy Damm to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Grundsund RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Holm to maneuver through the defense. Jim Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Ahlbom in the 53rd minute of the match. Jim Hellqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The goal made the score 8-4. 73 minutes into the match, Lars-Erik Holm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Hellqvist. Sparta Maximus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars-Erik Holm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-4. 83 minutes into the game, Grundsund RK's Lars-Erik Holm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jim Hellqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-4. 86 minutes into the game, Magnus Ahlbom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-4. Jim Hellqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Sparta Maximus booed when Grundsund RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Sparta Maximus's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Holm came free, but Jim Hellqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Sparta Maximus's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Ahlbom came free, but Jim Hellqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
