After some careless play in the IFK Götet defense, Björn Törnqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Bide. The IFK Götet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Bide should have stopped the shot. Richard Sundström's late challenge caught a IFK Götet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Sundström helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Röda Djävlar FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Richard Sundström hit a great ball. Tommy Trillkott hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Christer Groth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Yang Quan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kent Widberg during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 23 minutes into the match, Röda Djävlar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Svanström came free, but Christer Groth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Sundström got his second yellow card in the match during the 24th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 55 played minutes Röda Djävlar FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Sundström. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Patrik Falkrantz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Röda Djävlar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Falkrantz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Bide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 60 minutes of play, IFK Götet's Omar Chap made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Groth was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 68 played minutes, Röda Djävlar FC's Måns Knutsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcial Bide came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Röda Djävlar FC reached it. Eddy Olsson charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eddy Olsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eddy Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Patrik Falkrantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Bide didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. In the 91st minute of the match Gustaf Sundström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Bide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. IFK Götet were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
