After some careless play in the Lokomotiv Ekhagen defense, Dan Ivarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Erik Fredriksson. The Lokomotiv Ekhagen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Erik Fredriksson should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute Tomas Kullgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Erik Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Ekhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Kullgren came free, but Jan-Erik Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Kullgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Torgny Asplund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kristoffer Beckman. That made the score 1-1 in the 25 minute of play. Jan-Erik Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Ivarsson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Tomas Kullgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Fredriksson having to interfere. If Ernst Backman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jan-Erik Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lokomotiv Ekhagen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Samlaget were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Ivarsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ulf Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kristoffer Beckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Torgny Asplund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotiv Ekhagen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torgny Asplund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torgny Asplund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Ernst Backman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristoffer Beckman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Kristoffer Beckman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Asplund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernst Backman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torgny Asplund in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristoffer Beckman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristoffer Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Lundin in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Torgny Asplund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lokomotiv Ekhagen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 80th minute, Alvin Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Tomas Kullgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samlaget's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lokomotiv Ekhagen the free kick. The supporters of Lokomotiv Ekhagen booed when Samlaget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Kullgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torgny Asplund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristoffer Beckman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Samlaget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Nyqvist to maneuver through the defense. Lokomotiv Ekhagen's Jan-Erik Fredriksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Lokomotiv Ekhagen from getting a goal against them. Dan Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Fredriksson having to interfere. Ernst Backman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristoffer Beckman having to make a save. Lokomotiv Ekhagen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
