Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joakim Forssberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Georg Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ängö BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Caspersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Georg Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, Ängö BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Sommers to maneuver through the defense. Sture Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Melin in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match, Torbjörn Ahlbom got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mattias Caspersson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Georg Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Caspersson having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Ängö BK's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Forssberg came free, but Sture Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sture Henriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Lindgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Ingmar Melin made a precise shot to the right of Sture Henriksson. Ängö BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The supporters of Tanumshede FF booed when Ängö BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baba Dada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Målare stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Emanuel Målare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Caspersson. Tanumshede FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Målare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 64th minute of the match Ängö BK got a corner. Tanumshede FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baba Dada ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alexander Axelsson thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Mattias Caspersson, a very annoying self made goal in the 65th minute which led to 4-2. Joakim Thorsberg struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Mattias Caspersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ängö BK. In the 77th minute Joakim Forssberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ängö BK defense, Ingmar Melin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sture Henriksson. The Ängö BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sture Henriksson should have stopped the shot. Torbjörn Ahlbom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Caspersson having to make a save. Tanumshede FF's Mattias Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Kilman in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Joakim Forssberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sture Henriksson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ängö BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
