An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Vase in the 13th minute of play forced Skålbo FF's goalkeeper Carl Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Gert Morat notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Skålbo FF's Carl Ek. Carl Ek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Zebastian Vase managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skoghall Fk's supporters rose to their feet, but Zebastian Vase was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Ek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zebastian Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zebastian Vase in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Ek saved Skålbo FF from getting behind. Kurt Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Skålbo FF got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Wallman. Carl Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Morat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zebastian Vase came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Skoghall Fk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zebastian Vase couldn't finish the play. Johnny Pedersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zebastian Vase stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Skålbo FF's zone, Zebastian Vase stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Ek came out of the goal and Zebastian Vase tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd match minute, Skoghall Fk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Alegren to maneuver through the defense. Skålbo FF's Carl Ek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Skålbo FF from getting a goal against them. Skålbo FF's Carl Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Morat in the 77th minute of play. Johnny Pedersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Carl Ek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Skoghall Fk's Gert Morat ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carl Ek. Carl Ek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Bertil Haegg kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Skoghall Fk could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Skålbo FF throughout the match.
