Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stefan Elg got the match started through his kick off. Knut Stenquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Elg in the 3rd minute of the match. Stefan Elg might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Knut Stenquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Elg ran back to his position shaking his head. David Sellberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A long shot from Knut Lindgren in the 14th minute of play was well struck, but Knut Stenquist made a really good save at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Böcklund during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Svartå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Böcklund to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Stefan Elg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tor Beckström didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Svartå's Viggo Danielsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Viggo Danielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tor Beckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Svartå's Knut Stenquist got control of the ball when Alvin Vester tried to sneak it across the goal line. Knut Stenquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Vester in the 36th minute. Alvin Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenquist having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Alvin Vester left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bredaryd IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viggo Danielsson to make the kick off. Svartå's Knut Stenquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Samuelsson in the 52nd minute of play. Stefan Elg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Alvin Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Stenquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvin Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenquist having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvin Vester in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Knut Stenquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Elg in the 68th minute of play forced Svartå's goalkeeper Knut Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvin Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenquist having to interfere. David Sellberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Knut Stenquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Elg in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Svartå's Ulf Klintæus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tor Beckström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Knut Stenquist came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Bredaryd IFK's Stefan Elg. But to his dismay, Stefan Elg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Alvin Vester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bredaryd IFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Svartå had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
