In the 2nd match minute, Svartå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Granberg to maneuver through the defense. Leif Sandberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Knut Stenquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leif Sandberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th match minute, Svartå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Sellberg to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Amigo Goaldiggers's Sune Byström tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Amigo Goaldiggers's Åke Nordkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Knut Stenquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Ulf Klintæus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Svartå's Ulf Klintæus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Siggesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viggo Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Amigo Goaldiggers's Åke Nordkvist got a free kick in the 24th minute. Viggo Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Siggesson having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Nordkvist got free with Knut Stenquist in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pontus Siggesson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viggo Danielsson's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Pontus Siggesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viggo Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Amigo Goaldiggers's Bo Lundgren got a free kick in the 38th minute. Ulf Klintæus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Siggesson having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viggo Danielsson made a kick off. Leif Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenquist having to interfere. Leif Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Åke Nordkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viggo Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Siggesson having to interfere. If Ulf Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viggo Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pontus Siggesson was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Viggo Danielsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viggo Danielsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A collision led to Amigo Goaldiggers getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Eskil Helander hit a great ball. Leif Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenquist having to interfere. Svartå's Viggo Danielsson got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
