Olle Delin started the match with the kick off. If Arvin Ahlfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Karl-Magnus Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 18 minutes, Olle Delin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyckeby FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olle Delin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arvin Ahlfors recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Näfver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Delin in the 21st minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Läckeby's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Ahlfors came free, but Benjamin Näfver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arvin Ahlfors recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Näfver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Delin, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Läckeby's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Delin came free, but Benjamin Näfver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zebastian Stenström during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Läckeby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zebastian Stenström to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Lyckeby FF booed when Läckeby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zebastian Stenström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olle Delin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Näfver having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaj Granberg was the one to do the kick off. When Olle Delin came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Lyckeby FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olle Delin couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the match, Läckeby's Zebastian Stenström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joseph Hedman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bengt-Rune Skytt kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Kaj Granberg struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Joseph Hedman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Läckeby. Olle Delin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Näfver having to interfere. The supporters of Lyckeby FF booed when Läckeby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. Björn Wennersten hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match.
