Valter Hult recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If August Pihlblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joachim Västberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Pihlblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Jimmie Håkansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Joachim Västberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joachim Västberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Håkansson in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Fredrik Mickelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Pumas Dekryptering's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Östervåla IF the free kick. In the 29th match minute, FC Pumas Dekryptering was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Mickelsson to maneuver through the defense. Joachim Västberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmie Håkansson in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pumas Dekryptering's zone, August Pihlblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Västberg came out of the goal and August Pihlblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, August Pihlblad made a precise shot to the right of Joachim Västberg. FC Pumas Dekryptering's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Östervåla IF's goalkeeper Damian Czeszejko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Stigsson. In the 42nd minute, Fredrik Mickelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match Stellan Vedholm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joachim Västberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Östervåla IF's Jimmie Håkansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joachim Västberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After the first half Östervåla IF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Gudmundsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joachim Västberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimmie Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Henrik Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Czeszejko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Gudmundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isak Skoglund kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Alex Björkdahl hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jimmie Håkansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Östervåla IF's August Pihlblad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joachim Västberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 80 played minutes FC Pumas Dekryptering got a freekick which was hit by Alex Björkdahl. After 82 played minutes FC Pumas Dekryptering got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Mickelsson. 83 minutes into the match, Jimmie Håkansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joachim Västberg. FC Pumas Dekryptering's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmie Håkansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 87th minute of the match Edmund Vennerström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damian Czeszejko skillfully saved the ball. After 88 minutes, Jimmie Håkansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östervåla IF and the FC Pumas Dekryptering players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jimmie Håkansson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Östervåla IF's Damian Czeszejko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Stigsson in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Stellan Vedholm sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joachim Västberg skillfully saved the ball. Jimmie Håkansson struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Joachim Västberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla IF. August Pihlblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Joachim Västberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Östervåla IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Pumas Dekryptering throughout the match.
