With 33 minutes on the clock, David Ohlsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to FC Regnum Bosnae™ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. David Ohlsson hit a great ball. When Stellan Vedholm came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Östervåla IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Vedholm couldn't finish the play. Jimmie Håkansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Knut Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmie Håkansson in the 44th minute of play forced FC Regnum Bosnae™'s goalkeeper Knut Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliodor Petrean was the one to do the kick off. Jimmie Håkansson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Knut Svartengren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 54 minutes into the match, Eliodor Petrean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Czeszejko. Östervåla IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliodor Petrean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 58 minutes into the game, Östervåla IF's August Pihlblad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Knut Svartengren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After 61 minutes of play, Östervåla IF's Jimmie Håkansson made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Knut Svartengren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Knut Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Hult, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Knut Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Jimmie Håkansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Knut Svartengren. Jimmie Håkansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. The Östervåla IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Östervåla IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
