Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) 4 minutes into the game, FC ILIRIA's Hans Bergkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Balasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute Vincent Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alan Van Beets hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lulligaken's Tommy Stenström got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Bergkvist in the 15th minute of play forced Lulligaken's goalkeeper Luis Balasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars-Erik Finman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luis Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lulligaken booed when FC ILIRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Finman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Balasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Balasi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC ILIRIA's Lars-Erik Finman. But to his dismay, Lars-Erik Finman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luis Balasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Van Beets, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When George Skålberg came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Lulligaken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Skålberg couldn't finish the play. Vincent Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Balasi having to interfere. Luis Balasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars-Erik Finman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lars-Erik Finman made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Vincent Strömberg made a precise shot to the right of Luis Balasi. Lulligaken's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Hans Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 played minutes Lulligaken got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Wall. 66 minutes into the match, Lulligaken's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Van Beets came free, but Luis Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Jarl Stenqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars-Erik Finman in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Balasi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hans Bergkvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 75th playminute. In the 78th minute, Lars-Erik Finman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC ILIRIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. 84 minutes into the match, Lulligaken's goalkeeper Luis Balasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Bergkvist. The crowd rose to their feet as FC ILIRIA's Lars-Erik Finman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Balasi. That made the score 1-7 after 86 minutes of play. Andréas Edström lost his temper 90 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC ILIRIA! The crowd rose to their feet as FC ILIRIA's Alan Van Beets slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Balasi. That made the score 2-8 after 95 minutes of play. When the match was over FC ILIRIA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lulligaken throughout the match.
