The audience was convinced that Sune Västlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Björkdal was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, Per Söderqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Elliott Flinck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Kaj Jönsätt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Harry Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Höganäs BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harry Carlsson couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per Söderqvist in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliott Flinck saved Höganäs BF from getting behind. Fabian Björkdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Målare in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Per Söderqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Folke Brandt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Höganäs BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ljugarn the free kick. After 40 played minutes Höganäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Folke Brandt. Jonas Isaksson hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 48 played minutes, Höganäs BF's Harry Carlsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Björkdal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Höganäs BF reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sune Västlund was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Höganäs BF defense, Kaj Jönsätt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elliott Flinck. The Höganäs BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elliott Flinck should have stopped the shot. Bo-Erik Sigfridsson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 63 minutes into the match, Höganäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Per Söderqvist came free, but Elliott Flinck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Gråberg in the 65th minute of play forced Höganäs BF's goalkeeper Elliott Flinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute of the match Ola Sundberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elliott Flinck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leif Gråberg in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliott Flinck saved Höganäs BF from getting behind. Per Söderqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Elliott Flinck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Per Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Flinck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes Ljugarn got a freekick which was hit by Per Söderqvist. In the 75th minute, Sune Västlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Villiam Linqvist scored 5-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elliott Flinck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Söderqvist in the 84th minute of play forced Höganäs BF's goalkeeper Elliott Flinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Jonas Isaksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljugarn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Höganäs BF the free kick. 85 minutes into the game, one of Ljugarn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ljugarn:s Fabian Björkdal showed great skill when he stopped Harry Carlsson:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Harry Carlsson did a trick in the 88th minute in front of Ljugarn's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 5-1. An impressive performance by Höganäs BF's Harry Carlsson! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leif Gråberg in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliott Flinck saved Höganäs BF from getting behind. A collision led to Ljugarn getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Per Söderqvist hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the game, Ljugarn's Per Söderqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elliott Flinck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ljugarn had played much better football throughout.
