But to his dismay, Per-Oskar Albohm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Per-Oskar Albohm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jarl Göransson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Borås Östra Grabbar getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Joel Falkrantz hit a great ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Vilhelm Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Kop Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilhelm Eliasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vilhelm Eliasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borås Östra Grabbar's Billy Broberg got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Linus Lundin took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingemar Hultstrand. Ingemar Hultstrand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, Borås Östra Grabbar's goalkeeper Jarl Göransson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Oskar Albohm. After a defensive mix-up in Borås Östra Grabbar's zone, Per-Oskar Albohm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarl Göransson came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Albohm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vilhelm Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Billy Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Peter Finsberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jarl Göransson, passed just outside the right post. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Peter Finsberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Jarl Göransson to make any attempt to save it. Joel Falkrantz kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Eliasson was the one to do the kick off. Ingemar Hultstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Lundin in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Billy Broberg got free with Ingemar Hultstrand in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Linus Lundin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ingemar Hultstrand. That made the score 2-2 in the 56 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Albohm in the 59th minute of play forced Borås Östra Grabbar's goalkeeper Jarl Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Oskar Albohm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Per-Oskar Albohm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Eliasson in the 69th minute of play forced Borås Östra Grabbar's goalkeeper Jarl Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes, Billy Broberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borås Östra Grabbar and the The Kop Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Billy Broberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th match minute, The Kop Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Finsberg to maneuver through the defense. If Linus Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Linus Lundin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ingemar Hultstrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borås Östra Grabbar. When Billy Broberg came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Borås Östra Grabbar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Broberg couldn't finish the play. Jarl Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Albohm in the 85th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Örjan Persson during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 minutes of play, The Kop Boys's Per-Oskar Albohm made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarl Göransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Per-Oskar Albohm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Tinglöv in the 92nd minute of play forced Borås Östra Grabbar's goalkeeper Jarl Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Oskar Albohm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Linus Lundin hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. If Billy Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kop Boys's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
