An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Forsberg in the 3rd minute of play forced Grangärde's goalkeeper Ivar Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivar Nordal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Grangärde getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fernando Gago hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Bernt Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Årsunda's Kent Söderström got a free kick in the 16th minute. Zeki Gol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Johannes Ahlgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Zeki Gol slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Zeki Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grangärde's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeki Gol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johannes Ahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Ali Alyakut rounded Årsunda's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Årsunda's zone, Zeki Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Ahlgren came out of the goal and Zeki Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Grangärde's Ivar Nordal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Löv in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Zeki Gol notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Årsunda's Johannes Ahlgren. Johannes Ahlgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 48th minute Ali Alyakut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Ahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The wind increased when Zeki Gol made the kick off in the second half. Ali Alyakut scored 5-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Ahlgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Ali Alyakut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Ahlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Ali Alyakut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Årsunda getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Kent Söderström hit a great ball. When Siro Miliano fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grangärde's protests and gave Siro Miliano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute Bernt Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Alyakut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Zeki Gol put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Johannes Ahlgren. Per-Oskar Dahlquist hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. If Ali Alyakut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grangärde had played much better football throughout.
