Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Söderqvist kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Jennifer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Abrahamsson came free, but Bengt-Åke Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, one of Jennifer FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Bjärtrå. Jan-Åke Löfdahl stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bengt-Åke Nyman. 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Gilbert Palm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jennifer FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Palm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Mattias Hasselqvist notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Jennifer FC's Bengt-Åke Nyman. Bengt-Åke Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mattias Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Nyman having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Mattias Hasselqvist took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Bengt-Åke Nyman to make any attempt to save it. Dan Ekgren's late challenge caught a Jennifer FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Ekgren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, one of Bjärtrå:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bjärtrå. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Jennifer FC. Tomas Söderqvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Martin Bjursell. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Birger Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jennifer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Bjursell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt-Åke Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Abrahamsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Birger Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Gilbert Palm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jennifer FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Ivar Brenner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Åke Nyman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bengt-Åke Nyman came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Bjärtrå's Mattias Hasselqvist. But to his dismay, Mattias Hasselqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. After a rather tough play, Bjärtrå's Gunnar Sjöö got a free kick in the 44th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Abrahamsson to make the kick off. Ivar Brenner might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Åke Nyman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivar Brenner ran back to his position shaking his head. After 57 minutes, Henrik Fanström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jennifer FC and the Bjärtrå players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Jennifer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Fanström to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Birger Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jennifer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Bjursell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Bjursell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Palm in the 70th minute of play. Birger Mårtensson charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Mårtensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bjärtrå booed when Jennifer FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Jan-Åke Löfdahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrik Fanström kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bengt-Åke Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Abrahamsson in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Gilbert Palm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jennifer FC's Bengt-Åke Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Hellbom in the 81st minute of play. If Gilbert Palm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Hasselqvist in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt-Åke Nyman saved Jennifer FC from getting behind. If Christian Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jennifer FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
