The referee showed Elof Zachrisson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nora IFK booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elof Zachrisson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan-Ove Fågel's late challenge caught a Arsenal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nora IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrei Korol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Britz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedrão Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottfrid Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Nora IFK's Ian Olsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Elof Zachrisson kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nora IFK's Karl-Magnus Svensson got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Elof Zachrisson got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The wind increased when Sakarias Brandin made the kick off in the second half. Andrei Korol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Britz having to interfere. If Kent Stenquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nora IFK's Pedrão Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottfrid Sandberg in the 57th minute of play. Pedrão Cardoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gottfrid Sandberg's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After 59 minutes of play, Arsenal FC's Gottfrid Sandberg made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrão Cardoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sakarias Brandin came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Bredberg during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Åkerström to maneuver through the defense. Gottfrid Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Cardoso having to interfere. Valentin Britz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Korol in the 94th minute. After a rather tough play, Nora IFK's Ian Olsson got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arsenal FC had won after a very even match.
