Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Agne Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Åsele fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Åsele's Tobias Simonsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tobias Simonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Kaj Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ivan Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in The Blue Harvest's zone, Henric Forssell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaj Bank came out of the goal and Henric Forssell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, The Blue Harvest's Karl-Åke Berggren got a free kick in the 18th minute. Eskil Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Göransson having to interfere. Ivan Månsson struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Rune Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Blue Harvest. Henric Forssell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaj Bank having to make a save. After some careless play in the The Blue Harvest defense, Henric Forssell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaj Bank. The The Blue Harvest fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaj Bank should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 46 in the game by Henric Forssell from a close distance when the talented Kaj Bank managed to make a qualified save. The Blue Harvest's players were relieved.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobias Simonsson to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Åsele booed when The Blue Harvest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Simonsson in the 56th minute of play forced The Blue Harvest's goalkeeper Kaj Bank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Tobias Simonsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Blue Harvest's Kaj Bank was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eskil Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Ivan Månsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tobias Simonsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaj Bank read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Henric Forssell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Kaj Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agne Nyman's late challenge caught a Åsele's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agne Nyman helped the player get up and apologised. When Åsele's Henric Forssell in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Blue Harvest's goalie prevented a goal. Kaj Bank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Simonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Linus Back came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the The Blue Harvest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Back couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute Henric Forssell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Bank saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Henric Forssell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Simonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaj Bank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Simonsson in the 89th minute of play. Åsele's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Eskil Björk scored to the left of an out of position Rune Göransson, making the score, 2-1. Karl-Åke Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Åsele fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Blue Harvest had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
