Färlöv IFK's Richard Tidéksson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Pär Bohlin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Pär Bohlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Andy Berggren fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jimmys Grabbar's protests and gave Andy Berggren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Jimmys Grabbar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Berggren to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Färlöv IFK's Harry Ekeroth slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christer Knutsson. That made the score 0-2 after 94 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Färlöv IFK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
