Henrik Björkkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Henrik Björkkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Wahlnäs in the 13th minute of the match. Henrik Björkkvist was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Sivert Aspengren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sivert Aspengren really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Henrik Björkkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Wahlnäs in the 20th minute. Henrik Björkkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Björkqvist in the 22nd minute of play. Henrik Björkkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Björkqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gotham FC's Henrik Björkkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Wahlnäs in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Thomas Björkqvist took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Henrik Björkkvist to make any attempt to save it. Valentin Wahlnäs scored 5-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Björkkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Staffan Trillkott stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrik Björkkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 64th minute Valentin Wahlnäs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Björkkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Björkkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Björk went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Gotham FC's zone, Filip Björk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrik Björkkvist came out of the goal and Filip Björk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Nils-Åke Lindström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gotham FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 87 minutes into the match, Sivert Aspengren notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Gotham FC's Henrik Björkkvist. Henrik Björkkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henrik Björkkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Olof Qvarnström in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Gotham FC defense, Sivert Aspengren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrik Björkkvist. The Gotham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrik Björkkvist should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Abbekås BK had played much better football throughout.
