After a rather tough play, Abbekås BK's Sven-Olof Qvarnström got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Wikander got free with Nils-Åke Holm in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Wahlnäs in the 14th minute of play forced The Mongols's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Thomas Frisck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Nils-Åke Holm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 21 played minutes Abbekås BK got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Dalberg. After some careless play in the The Mongols defense, Thomas Frisck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars-Erik Lindkvist. The The Mongols fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars-Erik Lindkvist should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Abbekås BK's Valentin Wahlnäs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars-Erik Lindkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 played minutes The Mongols got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Andberg. In the 30th minute, Thomas Frisck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match, Stig-Åke Andberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nils-Åke Holm saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Abbekås BK's Valentin Wahlnäs in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lars-Erik Lindkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Wahlnäs's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Wahlnäs made a kick off. After a rather tough play, The Mongols's Jens-Åke Vinström got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Valentin Wahlnäs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Wahlnäs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Lars-Erik Lindkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Frisck, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Sivert Aspengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abbekås BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sivert Aspengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars-Erik Lindkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Tage Classon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of The Mongols booed when Abbekås BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Björkqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Wikander's late challenge caught a Abbekås BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Wikander helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Mongols's Bernt Wikander got a free kick in the 66th minute. Lars-Erik Lindkvist was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Valentin Wahlnäs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Wahlnäs really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Nils-Åke Holm came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by The Mongols's Stig-Åke Andberg. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Andberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Nils-Åke Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Wikander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Wikander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nils-Åke Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Valentin Wahlnäs came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Abbekås BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Wahlnäs couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 84 in the game by Valentin Wahlnäs from a close distance when the talented Lars-Erik Lindkvist managed to make a qualified save. The Mongols's players were relieved. In the 86th minute, Abbekås BK's Valentin Wahlnäs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. When Thomas Björkqvist came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Abbekås BK fans jumped to their feet.
