An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Lindberg in the 3rd minute of play forced BK Västra's goalkeeper Simon Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Mikael Samuelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Olov Bennet in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BK Västra's Birger Hybbert. Hällevadsholm's Jimmie Hultman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Berg in the 12th minute of play. Christer Mikaelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Hultman having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Kasper Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Conny Skarkman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Västra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conny Skarkman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BK Västra's attentive Birger Hybbert managed to snatch the ball when Olov Bennet made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. Olov Bennet charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Bennet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olov Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Kasper Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Västra's supporters rose to their feet, but Kasper Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimmie Hultman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikael Samuelsson struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Simon Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hällevadsholm. Simon Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Samuelsson in the 35th minute of play. Simon Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Samuelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kasper Berg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Jimmie Hultman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 45 played minutes, Hällevadsholm's Olov Bennet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simon Holmberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hällevadsholm reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kasper Berg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jerry Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in BK Västra's zone, Mikael Samuelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Holmberg came out of the goal and Mikael Samuelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK Västra's goalkeeper Simon Holmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hannes Sjödin kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Hällevadsholm's Mikael Samuelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimmie Hultman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kasper Berg went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, BK Västra's Simon Holmberg got control of the ball when Jerry Lindberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 played minutes BK Västra got a freekick which was hit by Christer Mikaelsson. Kasper Berg scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimmie Hultman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th match minute, BK Västra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. Jerry Lindberg took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Holmberg. Simon Holmberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The BK Västra fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when BK Västra's Kasper Berg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. BK Västra's Simon Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Samuelsson in the 89th minute of play. If Jerry Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BK Västra's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
