Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sven-Oskar Malmberg kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Janshedens fysmonster's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Malmberg came free, but Jakob Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils-Erik Aleberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Dahlberg in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Sven-Oskar Malmberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Surahammars IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Oskar Malmberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakob Danielsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jakob Danielsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Oskar Malmberg's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Sven-Oskar Malmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils-Erik Aleberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Dahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Surahammars IF's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Forssell came free, but Nils-Erik Aleberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nils-Erik Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jakob Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Ek in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Surahammars IF booed when Janshedens fysmonster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Kullander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jörgen Barck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nils-Erik Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Sven-Oskar Malmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Janshedens fysmonster's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Svante Jonasson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jakob Danielsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Svante Jonasson in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Malmberg in the 47th minute of play forced Janshedens fysmonster's goalkeeper Jakob Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Janshedens fysmonster's zone, Sven-Oskar Malmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakob Danielsson came out of the goal and Sven-Oskar Malmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Svante Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jakob Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Surahammars IF's Uno Ennegren got a free kick in the 60th minute. With his leg Nils-Erik Aleberg managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Janshedens fysmonster's Lars Forssell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 63 minutes into the game, Sven Cane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Janshedens fysmonster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Surahammars IF the free kick. Sven Cane hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The supporters of Janshedens fysmonster booed when Surahammars IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Collin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Surahammars IF got a freekick which was hit by Paul Collin. After 72 played minutes Janshedens fysmonster got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Barck. After having played for 81 minutes, Leo Dahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Janshedens fysmonster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Dahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Svante Jonasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jakob Danielsson. Janshedens fysmonster's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svante Jonasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Nils-Erik Aleberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Forssell in the 91st minute of play. When Paul Collin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Paul Collin kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Janshedens fysmonster's Sven Ryberg tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leo Dahlberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils-Erik Aleberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Dahlberg ran back to his position shaking his head. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
