Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albin Kuse kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Hjortkvarn getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Albin Kuse hit a great ball. Jan Åberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Zachrisson's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Börje Zachrisson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jan Åberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Börje Zachrisson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Åberg having to interfere. In the 12th minute Börje Zachrisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hjortkvarn's Albin Kuse got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Alströmer in the 24th minute of play forced Dala-Husby's goalkeeper Allan Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Arvidsson having to interfere. Luar Darripe charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luar Darripe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Dala-Husby got a freekick which was hit by Luar Darripe. With a little luck, Dala-Husby's Allan Arvidsson got control of the ball when Albin Kuse tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Abel Pelayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dala-Husby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hjortkvarn the free kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Börje Zachrisson made the kick off in the second half. Allan Arvidsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Nyman in the 51st minute of the match. Börje Zachrisson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jan Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dala-Husby's zone, Johannes Nyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Arvidsson came out of the goal and Johannes Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ola Åman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, one of Dala-Husby:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Albin Kuse took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Allan Arvidsson. Allan Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 75th minute Albin Kuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliott Ahlbom got free with Jan Åberg in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Elliott Ahlbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jan Åberg. That made the score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Elliott Ahlbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jan Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dala-Husby's Jon Ennegren was substituted for Sixten Tidéksson. If Mikael Söderlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ingvar Kaxe came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Dala-Husby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Kaxe couldn't finish the play. The Hjortkvarn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dala-Husby's performance. The match ended with a win for Dala-Husby.
