An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Guimarães in the 3rd minute of play forced Sköllersta IF - Örebro's goalkeeper Arne Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Holmgren came out of the goal and Kenny Tillman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the game, Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Holmgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Kenny Tillman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arne Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Joakim Alströmmer fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sköllersta IF - Örebro's protests and gave Joakim Alströmmer a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Sköllersta IF - Örebro got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Alströmmer. Carlos Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Holmgren having to interfere. Bror Fors hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Holmgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 41st minute, Ivan Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Carlos Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Holmgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kenny Tillman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Sköllersta IF - Örebro's Josef Höijer got a free kick in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Carlos Guimarães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Holmgren. Sköllersta IF - Örebro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Guimarães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicklas Hammarberg to make the kick off. If Carlos Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Kenny Tillman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arne Holmgren. The goal made the score 0-5. 61 minutes into the game, Kenny Tillman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arne Holmgren. Kenny Tillman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. A collision led to Sköllersta IF - Örebro getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Josef Höijer hit a great ball. Carlos Guimarães took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Holmgren. Arne Holmgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Arne Holmgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 79th minute, Carlos Guimarães made a precise shot to the right of Arne Holmgren. Sköllersta IF - Örebro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arne Holmgren. That made the score 0-10 after 89 minutes of play. With a little luck, Sköllersta IF - Örebro's Arne Holmgren got control of the ball when Carlos Guimarães tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arne Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Sköllersta IF - Örebro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Norsjö were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
