The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Fristedt got free with Dick Dahlbom in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Fristedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Dick Dahlbom made a huge save. The supporters of Ransäter BK booed when RealMadrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Ekeroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Harry Sjöberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dick Dahlbom. Harry Sjöberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olle Näfver got free with Dick Dahlbom in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Harry Sjöberg fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ransäter BK's protests and gave Harry Sjöberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, Ransäter BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Peter Fristedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ransäter BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Fristedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dick Dahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Harry Sjöberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemanja Knežević stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Reginaldo Hermes was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Nemanja Knežević capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nemanja Knežević really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Harry Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute.
