After 2 minutes, Alfons Söderström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norsjö and the Hjortkvarn players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Norsjö's Kenny Tillman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan Åberg. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. When Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hjortkvarn's goalie prevented a goal. Hjortkvarn's Jan Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Guimarães in the 25th minute of play. Carlos Guimarães's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Jan Åberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 45 minutes into the match, Carlos Guimarães dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jan Åberg, 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Guimarães was the one to do the kick off. Hjortkvarn's Jan Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Lindholm in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Norsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Hökkvist to maneuver through the defense. Jan Åberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenny Tillman in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Hjortkvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Nordin came free, but Jan Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Åberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. If Carlos Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Guimarães in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Åberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Norsjö's Carlos Guimarães in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hjortkvarn's goalie prevented a goal. 77 minutes into the game, Carlos Guimarães cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Jan Åberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hjortkvarn's Jan Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Nordin in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Kenny Tillman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Åberg having to interfere. A collision led to Hjortkvarn getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Morgan Alkvist hit a great ball. Jan Åberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Norsjö players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
