Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Andreas Ahlbeck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Åkesson was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Ivar Näver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Simon Njurenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivar Näver. The Woo Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Njurenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Andreas Ahlbeck made the kick off in the second half. If Sven-Arne Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Woo Academy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
