Gösta Billström helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ransäter BK booed when Norsjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Billström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry Sjöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Reginaldo Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Karl-Johan Andersson in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Norsjö's Gösta Billström. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Johan Andersson during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ransäter BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norsjö the free kick. A collision led to Ransäter BK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jan-Ove Pilblad hit a great ball. Reginaldo Hermes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alfons Söderström. Bror Fors hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match.
