Sven-Oskar Berg started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, IK Vista's goalkeeper Wictor Alebeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Dalgren. Sven-Oskar Smed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Leo Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gräddhyllan BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Dalgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Alebeck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jesper Tomasson fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gräddhyllan BK's protests and gave Jesper Tomasson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gräddhyllan BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jesper Tomasson hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Gräddhyllan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Berg came free, but Sven-Oskar Smed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Jonasson in the 29th minute of play forced Gräddhyllan BK's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Smed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, IK Vista's Mats Berggren tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Joakim Unesson kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Wictor Alebeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Dalgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Sven-Oskar Berg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gräddhyllan BK's Sven-Oskar Smed. Sven-Oskar Smed was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Jonasson in the 47th minute of play forced Gräddhyllan BK's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Smed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half IK Vista were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Dalgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Leo Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Alebeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gräddhyllan BK's Leo Dalgren in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Berg got free with Sven-Oskar Smed in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jesper Tomasson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th match minute, Gräddhyllan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Tomasson to maneuver through the defense. Mats Berggren, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 89th minute, Torsten Johansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IK Vista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched IK Vista eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
