Håkan Utter guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Blængur Margrímsson struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Håkan Utter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjödyn FK. The supporters of AP United booed when Sjödyn FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Bergsten didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Sjödyn FK's Blængur Margrímsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Håkan Utter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, AP United's Americo Machado got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Blængur Margrímsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AP United's Håkan Utter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Blængur Margrímsson scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Håkan Utter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magnus Lidberg in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Håkan Utter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, AP United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isan Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Håkan Utter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Lidberg in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Lidberg in the 43rd minute of play forced AP United's goalkeeper Håkan Utter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blængur Margrímsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Håkan Utter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Lidberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sjödyn FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magnus Lidberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magnus Lidberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Håkan Utter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, AP United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Magnus Lidberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 73rd minute, Magnus Lidberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Utter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Magnus Lidberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Håkan Utter could save by the left post. With a little luck, AP United's Håkan Utter got control of the ball when Magnus Lidberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Magnus Lidberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Håkan Utter made a huge save. The AP United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sjödyn FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
