Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Petter Kjellkvist started the match with the kick off. When Bengt Ekberg came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Järvsö FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt Ekberg couldn't finish the play. In the 4th match minute, Bredsidastolpein FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Bolander to maneuver through the defense. Bengt Ekberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Torgny Nordkvist made a huge save. Bengt Ekberg struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Torgny Nordkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Järvsö FF. Gottfrid Jönsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Andreasson having to interfere. Järvsö FF's Petter Kjellkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bertil Kollberg hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Bengt Ekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Järvsö FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Ekberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torgny Nordkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt Ekberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Torgny Nordkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Järvsö FF. Mattias Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottfrid Jönsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Järvsö FF's Sebastian Dahlberg got a free kick in the 34th minute. Urban Holmgren charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urban Holmgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 played minutes Bredsidastolpein FF got a freekick which was hit by Urban Holmgren. Torgny Nordkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petter Kjellkvist in the 48th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egil Strömqvist to make the kick off. The long shot by Leo Wallmark in the 52nd minute really tested Mattias Andreasson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bertil Kollberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torgny Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Ekberg in the 61st minute of play. If Petter Kjellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mattias Andreasson was a little too slow when Egil Strömqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-1. 73 minutes into the game, Malte Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Järvsö FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bredsidastolpein FF the free kick. The supporters of Bredsidastolpein FF booed when Järvsö FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bredsidastolpein FF's Hugo Kvalfält was substituted for Rudolf Bergvall. Torgny Nordkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Kjellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torgny Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Kjellkvist in the 81st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Petter Kjellkvist put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Torgny Nordkvist. 86 minutes into the match, Egil Strömqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Andreasson. Järvsö FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egil Strömqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Järvsö FF's Malte Forsberg got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Kjellkvist in the 91st minute of play forced Bredsidastolpein FF's goalkeeper Torgny Nordkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torgny Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Kjellkvist in the 95th minute of play. Egil Strömqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Mattias Andreasson made a huge save.
