Claes Tidén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Aronsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute of the match, Krister Gadd tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stig-Arne Deckbergh saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hampus Spetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Arne Söderkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jalladå's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hajom BK the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Jalladå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Söderkvist to maneuver through the defense. Arne Söderkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ludvig Stensson, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 27th match minute, Jalladå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Lindström to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when August Aronsson sped through Jalladå's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claes Tidén. Claes Tidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from August Aronsson in the 34th minute of the match. Leo Runberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hajom BK booed when Jalladå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hampus Spetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hajom BK's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Deckbergh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Krister Gadd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell August Aronsson to make the kick off. Krister Gadd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig-Arne Deckbergh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hampus Spetz in the 53rd minute of the match. If August Aronsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. August Aronsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Claes Tidén made a huge save. Kennet Alebeck hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. August Aronsson struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Claes Tidén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hajom BK. Claes Tidén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Aronsson in the 71st minute of play. Ludvig Stensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Claes Tidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Tidén was a little too slow when Ludvig Stensson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-2. 88 minutes into the match, Jalladå's Krister Gadd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Arne Deckbergh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Krister Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Krister Gadd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Arne Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hajom BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
