Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tage Brandin started the match with the kick off. When Segmon IF's Jerry Pihlwall in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frösön's goalie prevented a goal. Tage Brandin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Segmon IF's Herman Wennerlund got a free kick in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's goalkeeper Jaime Cordarell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isak Strandberg. Mårten Gallberg kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Isak Strandberg scored 2-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Cordarell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frösön's Bengt-Rune Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Pihlwall in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Jerry Pihlwall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Segmon IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Bengt-Rune Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to Frösön getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Claes Arvidsson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Frösön's zone, Jerry Pihlwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt-Rune Bergström came out of the goal and Jerry Pihlwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th match minute, Frösön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Lång to maneuver through the defense. Linus Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Rune Bergström having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerry Pihlwall to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Christer Lång sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Cordarell skillfully saved the ball. Isak Strandberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Cordarell having to make a save. Tage Brandin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Cordarell having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Frösön's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Lindholm came free, but Bengt-Rune Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonny Norström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bengt-Rune Bergström made a huge save. Frösön's Isak Strandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olle Lustig kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Tage Brandin struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jaime Cordarell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frösön. After 68 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Ålberg. Jaime Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Strandberg in the 72nd minute of the match. After 75 minutes, Claes Arvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frösön and the Segmon IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Frösön's Claes Arvidsson got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Mårten Gallberg came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Segmon IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mårten Gallberg couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Isak Strandberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Cordarell was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Nils-Åke Lindholm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Rune Bergström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Jaime Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Strandberg in the 92nd minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Olle Lustig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Strandberg in the 93rd minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Jaime Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
