Sten Låsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Törnblom having to interfere. Evert Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 minutes, Sten Låsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aries Adrenaline Crew and the Kvarnen BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aries Adrenaline Crew's Sten Låsberg got a free kick in the 6th minute. The supporters of Aries Adrenaline Crew booed when Kvarnen BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Björkman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Lund scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens Törnblom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sten Låsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Inge Lingren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens Törnblom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Aries Adrenaline Crew's Inge Lingren made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Törnblom was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the game, Aries Adrenaline Crew's Inge Lingren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens Törnblom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 27thth minute of the game Sten Låsberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kvarnen BK's Jens Törnblom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Aries Adrenaline Crew's goalkeeper Eduardo Molinillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Spetz. Sten Låsberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Oskar Björkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Molinillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristian Axelsson in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kvarnen BK's zone, Evert Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens Törnblom came out of the goal and Evert Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kvarnen BK booed when Aries Adrenaline Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inge Lingren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristian Axelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Eduardo Molinillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Elias Alströmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Molinillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Molinillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Alströmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Per-Olof Melander made a great header on Kvarnen BK's corner, it was just that Aries Adrenaline Crew's Eduardo Molinillo managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half Aries Adrenaline Crew were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Aries Adrenaline Crew's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvin Henriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens Törnblom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aries Adrenaline Crew. In the 90th minute, Evert Lund fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jens Törnblom, passed just outside the right post. In the 96th minute Kristian Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Molinillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inge Lingren struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Jens Törnblom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aries Adrenaline Crew.
