When Erik Hök came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Klagstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Hök couldn't finish the play. After the first half Klagstorp were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Alströmer was the one to do the kick off. Kjell-Arne Albäck charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Despite this Ma Bang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ma Bang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Alströmer in the 92nd minute of play. Klagstorp played a much better game than Kvarnen BK and deserved their victory. The Kvarnen BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
